Build-or-buy assessment
Before you spend on software, get a clear comparison of your options: an off-the-shelf product, a custom build, or improving what you already have. If buying is the better choice, the report will say so.
What’s included
- A look at your current process and the problem worth solving
- How well the leading off-the-shelf products fit
- A 5 to 10 year cost comparison of each option
- A written recommendation you can act on with or without us
How it’s priced
- Fixed fee, usually 2 to 3 weeks
- The fee is credited toward the build if you go ahead with us

Software rescue
Maybe the developer who built it stopped answering. Maybe it was built quickly with AI tools and now every change breaks something. We find out what you have, fix what's risky, and get it into a state someone can maintain.
